Cocktail Concierge
iOS App · In Development · 2025 –
A native iOS cocktail recipe app with a semantic search engine at its core. Most recipe apps treat ingredients as raw strings, making search brittle and results inconsistent. Cocktail Concierge solves this by separating what users type from what the system understands — a canonical ingredient model with a taxonomy graph of parent/child relationships and cross-cutting categories.
Search for “triple sec” and it surfaces every recipe calling for Cointreau, orange liqueur, and related variants. No guessing, no missed results.
Positioned as Classic to Modern Recipes — spanning canonical cocktail history through contemporary craft variations.
- Canonical ingredient model with taxonomy graph
- Multi-step semantic search expansion pipeline
- Decoupled parsing layer for clean data import
- Search tokens for fast runtime queries
- Full App Store distribution pipeline
- Built in Swift, SwiftUI, SwiftData
